All Nito Solutions products’ sales are final and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time and to substitute either the facility or faculty should unforeseen events occur.
If, for any reason, we must cancel a course or event, our liability is limited solely to the registration fees paid.
We are not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees for in-person courses.
Customers who need to cancel their attendance, may do so up to 10 business days prior to the start of the course and reschedule for another date.
Customers who wish to cancel for a refund must submit a written request by emailing customerservice@nitosolutions.com within 10 business days of the start date of the course explaining the reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to deny workshop refunds.
Customers who register but do not attend their workshop, or who attempt to cancel after the deadline (10 business days prior to their original start date), will not receive a refund.
Customers may be subject to a $25 fee for cancelations or substitutions. In addition, substitutions are not entitled to refunds from costs differences but may be subject to cost increases.
As a condition of your use of Nito Solutions website, you warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

You will only use this Website to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

In such an event, you will be offered the opportunity to keep your pending purchase at the corrected price or, at your option, you can cancel your purchase. All taxes and fees are subject to change by local and state governments.

You acknowledge that Nito Solutions is responsible for the security of sensitive financial data (credit card information) from the time it is provided to Nito Solutions until the time Nito Solutions releases it through our contracted credit card payment provider.
